Disclaimer

All of the jewellery shown on our site is subject to availability. The on screen colours may be slightly different from the actual piece of jewellery although we have done our best to ensure that we have provided as clear an image as possible.

Name Bracelets

All name bracelets are custom made. We anticipate all orders will be despatched within seven days of your order. There may be occasion when despatch may be take a little longer than we would like due to us taking delivery of our components. On all occassions we will notify you of any delayed delivery date.

Return of goods

If you are unhappy with any of the items you have ordered from Fishbone Design then please return them to us within 14 days by registered post and in the original packaging. We will refund your money minus our original postage cost. We would also like to know the reason why you are returning the jewellery. We reserve the right not to refund monies on any items we consider to have been used or damaged since despatch from our workshop. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Free Delivery in the UK

We aim to deliver your goods free of charge within 4 days but items can be delivered more quickly if required at an additional cost. Please email info@fishbonedesign.co.uk for prices on alternative delivery. We can deliver overseas and will contact you to agree delivery costs.

Payment

All prices shown include VAT. All payment must be made via our Paypal facility where you can pay by credit or debit card. We are able to take cheques. These must be cleared in advance of goods being despatched. Please email info@fishbonedesign.co.uk and we will reserve the item for three days to allow time for the cheque to arrive with us.
